About the Author

Joe Edley lives for word games. In addition to being an expert Bananagrammer, he is the only three-time National Scrabble Champion (1980, 1992, 2000). Since 1988 he’s been the Director of Clubs and Tournaments for the National Scrabble Association. In that role, he has created thousands of word puzzles to entertain the readers of The Scrabble News. Joe also writes a syndicated newspaper column, “Scrabblegrams,” and teaches at Scrabble events across the country. He has written several books: The Official Scrabble Puzzle Book, Everything Scrabble, and Scrabble Puzzles, Volumes 1-4. In addition, he authored Workman’s Scrabble Page-A-Day Calendar. He lives with his family on Long Island.
