About the Author

John Blakeman is assistant professor of political science at the of Wisconsin at Stevens Point. He received his B.A. degree from Wake Forest University, his M.Sc. from the London school of economics and his Ph.D. from the of Virginia. He has authored numerous publications on constitutional law and religious freedom.
